To our wonderful running friends, community, supporters, and fans-
With a sad heart, we are canceling the Clear Creek Half Marathon. We would have liked this day to come on our own terms, but unfortunately it’s hitting us quicker than we wanted. This year we had a major component of the race fall out. Acquiring transportation is a huge aspect and key to our race. Unfortunately, the contract for our transportation has fallen through.

We have put our heart, soul, and every effort into this race for the past 7 years. There have been a lot of blood, sweat, and tears shed over making this race perfect. We are at a point in our lives where family demands are becoming greater and greater. We need to be there for them. We want to thank every person who has ever contributed, donated, volunteered, or supported this event. We want to thank each and every runner who has participated. We did this for you! Our runners kept us coming back year after year.
